Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry. Cut them open on the bottom side to flatten them and cut the tips too (optional). Place them into a bawl and sprinkle all dry ingredients. Rub them well with your hands. Add the oil and give them a quick toss.
Line a baking tray or a sheet pan with parchment paper. Arrange the whole chicken wings side by side in a single layer. Bake at 450 F for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip them over after 25 minutes to evenly cook on both sides.Transfer onto a serving dish and serve with mashed potatoes, rice or sauteed vegetables and a seasonal salad.
