The drawback is that I have to work a little more to strain and separate the pulp, but I still prefer it. And I am making this miracle juice 2 times per week.

Why am I drinking this juice? Well, I first started because of a Iron deficiency (anemia) that I had. I needed to increase Iron absorption, to increase hemoglobin levels and using Iron supplements is not a thing I prefer.

How To Make ABC Juice
When using the blender to obtain any vegetable juice water is necessary to be added. The water quantity depends on the vegetables quantity. I have a big blender and I added 2 cups of water to obtain more delicious juice.
It will not be too diluted, as you will see. It’s concentrated enough and I’m portioning it to drink 3 days from this juice. I am making this juice 2 times / week so I got my nutrition covered throughout the whole week.
You don’t need much, a cup or small glass a day is more than sufficient.
ABC Juice Recipe (Miracle Drink)
For this blender beet, carrots and apple juice I used:
- 1 medium size beetroot
- 2 medium size carrots
- 1 red sweet apple
- 2 cups water
Steps for making abc juice without a juicer includes:
- Wash and peel the vegetables, except the apple.
- Cut them in small chunks or cubes.
- Add all vegetables to the blender then add water.
- Blend until everything smooth.
- Sieve using a strainer and use a spoon to press out the juice. Discard the pulp.
That’s it! My beetroot, carrot and apple juice is ready. I drink one small glass and the rest I preserve into a perfectly closed bottle or jar in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
One word of caution: you have to work carefully because the beets stains. Protect your hands / utensils and the work space. I usually work near or into the sink when sieving to be sure I don’t make a mess.
ABC Juice Benefits: My Results
As I said above, I started making this juice out of necessity to increase hemoglobin values. This beets juice helped a lot, although it’s not a quick process. One must incorporate other Iron containing foods like chicken or pork liver, lean meats, leafy greens, beans, pomegranates, apples, apricots, grapes.
My healthy routine starts in the morning by drinking 2 glasses of warm water to flash the digestive system and give the body a good start. I strongly recommend this. Then I drink a cup of this wonderful juice which I bring to room temperature.
It’s important to drink liquids at room/body temperature to not shock the body that will have to consume lots of energy to adapt internal temperatures.
I am also keeping the intermittent fasting method 2/3 times per week. Which means eating only during an 8-hour daily window and fasting for the next 16 hours.
It’s an easy weight loss / weight maintaining method that is making waves all over the world right now.
Example: if you have the first meal at 11 AM you can have the last meal 8 hours later at 7 PM. After that, eat nothing for 16 hours. Just drink plain water to hydrate your body.

Yes, beets and beet juice are recommended to increase hemoglobin levels and Iron absorption. It is not a quick process, it usually takes about 4-6 weeks to see real results. Consume lean meats, liver and leafy greens which are also rich Iron foods.
Also, you should avoid consuming milk, dairy or other high Calcium foods 1 hour after drinking beet juice, as Calcium can interfere with the Iron absorption process.
How to make beet juice for high blood pressure?

As a classic diet rule one should always consume fruits and raw fruit / vegetable juices on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before heaving a meal. Otherwise the fruits will be mixing with other foods in your stomach, spoiling the digestion process which leads to fermentation.

Beetroot juice has a powerful earthy flavor. But also has some sweetness too. I like the taste of it just as it is. However, to improve tastiness you can use apple or pomegranate juice or add some honey, lemon or ginger to make it more to your liking.
How much beetroot per day?
Beets are among the healthiest foods to eat and there are no fixed limitations. Aldo, as a drawback they’re high in Oxalates that can lead to kidney stones. People with kidney disease should avoid beets or any oxalate rich foods and only eat them sparingly. Better consult your doctor to be on the safe side.
Other than that, it is safe to eat one small beet a day or drink one cup of beet juice, provided you begin gradually as I recommend in this article.
